- Domestic: We deliver across the Indian subcontinent. If your pin code is serviced by our logistics partners, your order will be shipped within 2 working days of placement or within the maximum time period mentioned on our website, depending on the location.
- International: We ship internationally to select countries. For international orders, shipping timelines and delivery charges will vary based on the destination and logistics provider. Please contact us for specific details before placing an order.
Shipping Schedule
- Processing and Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays, public holidays, and local/regional holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.
- Lead Times: Some products may require additional lead times for preparation. Please check the product information page for specific details before ordering.
Shipping Process
- Logistics Partners: We partner with reputable logistics services to ensure secure and timely delivery.
- Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped. Customers can monitor their shipment status using the logistics provider’s website.
- Reporting Issues: Any issues with the delivery must be reported to us within 30 days from the shipping date. Complaints made after this period will not be entertained.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic and international orders have separate shipping charges.
- For orders containing multiple products, shipping charges are calculated as the sum of individual product charges.
- International shipping charges depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Customers will be notified of these charges during checkout.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. INHYDRO will not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
Order Tracking
- To track your order, go to My Account > My Orders.
- Click on Order Details to find the order status, tracking ID, and Track Order button.
- For international orders, tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped. You can use the provided tracking ID on the logistics provider’s website for updates.
Delivery Time
Domestic Orders
Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of placement. Delivery timelines depend on the logistics partner and destination:
- Porter: 2-10 working days
- Xpressbees: 2-10 working days
- Bluedart: 2-10 working days
- Amazon Shipping: 2-10 working days
- Delhivery Logistics: 2-10 working days
International Orders
- International orders may take 7-45 working days for delivery, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and logistics partner.
- Any delays due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Customs and Duties (International Orders)
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
- INHYDRO is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Additional Information
- Large or Bulk Orders: These terms do not apply to large-sized or bulk products (e.g., partial/full truckloads). Tracking details, vehicle number, and driver contact details will be shared during dispatch.
- Peak Season Delays: Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
