Vice President - Sales: Hydroponics Projects
As the Vice President -Sales for hydroponics projects, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. You will lead a team of sales professionals, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and oversee all aspects of the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of success in sales management and a deep understanding of the hydroponics industry.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive market expansion for hydroponics projects.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize individual and team performance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with company objectives and customer needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic positioning.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and measure success.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in the hydroponics industry or related field.
