Sales Manager - Hydroponics Projects
As a Sales Manager for our hydroponics projects, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and driving sales of our innovative farming solutions. You will work closely with our project development team to understand client needs, tailor proposals, and deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact through project completion.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hydroponics farming industry, including commercial growers, agricultural organizations, and government agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the project development team to understand client requirements, develop customized solutions, and prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations.
- Conduct site visits, consultations, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our hydroponic farm projects.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure favorable outcomes and maximize revenue potential.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the sales process, including project implementation and post-sale follow-up.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic positioning.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction, to drive continuous improvement and achieve sales objectives.
Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the agriculture or hydroponics industry.
- Strong understanding of hydroponics farming techniques, technology, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive results.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, conduct site visits, and attend industry events.
- Passion for sustainability and innovation in agriculture, with a genuine interest in promoting hydroponics farming solutions.
