Hydroponics Farm Internship for Agriculture Students

We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for agriculture students to join our hydroponics farm team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about and work with various hydroponic systems including NFT (Nutrient Film Technique), Dutch Bucket, and Grow Bags, while cultivating a diverse range of crops such as leafy greens, vine crops like bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, melons, and more. This internship will provide invaluable experience and insights into the future of sustainable agriculture.

  • Work alongside experienced farm operators to assist in the daily operation and maintenance of hydroponic systems.
  • Participate in planting, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting activities, gaining hands-on experience in crop cultivation.
  • Learn to monitor and maintain optimal environmental conditions and nutrient levels in hydroponic systems.
  • Gain exposure to integrated pest management (IPM) strategies and help implement pest control measures.
  • Contribute to data collection, record-keeping, and analysis related to crop production and system performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct experiments and research projects aimed at optimizing crop yields and quality.
  • Attend farm tours, workshops, and educational sessions to expand your knowledge of hydroponic farming practices.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.


    • Currently enrolled in an agriculture-related degree program or recent graduate.
    • Passion for sustainable agriculture and a keen interest in hydroponic farming technology.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges with enthusiasm.
    • Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks associated with farm work.
    • Prior experience with hydroponics or agriculture is preferred but not required.
